Kristen uses a combination of Essential Oils, Chakra Clearing, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Spiritual Guidance, Trauma Release and Reflexology/Acupressure based on client's needs and consultation.

Chakra Clearing/Balancing
Chakras are energy centers located throughout the body that play a crucial role in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. There are seven main chakras, associated with specific functions, colors, and elements. Balancing these chakras can help harmony and reduce stress, allowing energy to flow freely. Techniques such meditation, yoga, and mindful breathing can aid in opening and aligning these energy centers for overall health and balance. I’ll assist you with this during our session
Essential Oils
At start of each session, I incorporate a calming blend of essential oils to enhance your experience. Depending on your unique needs, I may also suggest alternative oils for you to use at home, supporting your healing journey even further. Your well-being is my priority, and I'm to guide you every step of the way.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment developed in the 1970s by Dr. John Upledger. This therapy involves using a light touch—typically less than 5 grams of pressure—to manipulate the joints in the pelvis, spine, and skull. By affecting the circulation and pressure of cerebrospinal fluid, craniosacral therapy aims to alleviate various symptoms, relieve pain, and improve overall function. It is increasingly used to address a wide range of conditions, making it a valuable option for those seeking holistic healing.
Reiki for Horse and Rider
Experience a unique consultation and Reiki session for both horse and rider. Our focus is on enhancing health and fostering a deeper connection between you and your horse. Full Reiki sessions for riders are available for an additional fee, ensuring both of you receive the care you deserve. Whether at a stable, farm, or racetrack, I will come to you to provide tailored sessions that promote wellness and improved performance for your equine partner.
